Our Club offers various hall rental.

Rentals can be used for concert, wedding parties, etc.

Hall & Stage Rental (daily except Sundays) Members’ Rate Non-Members’ Rate
13:00 – 18:00 (per hour; MIN 2 hours for non-Members) ¥11,000 ¥13,000
18:00 – 22:00 (per hour; MIN 2 hours) ¥16,000 ¥19,000
09:00 – 18:00 (full day) ¥83,000 (discount offered to Members)
09:00 – 22:00 (full day) ¥110,000 (discount offered to Members)

  • *Sunday Hall Rental is available subject to IC Committee’s discretion
  • **Staff/Personnel charges are not included in above rates; staff/personnel may be arranged for an additional charge;
    for details please contact the Club Manager or a member of the General Committee
  • ***Outside food catering is permitted for a charge of Yen1,100/person
  • ****All drinks must be purchased/arranged from India Club
  • *****Sub-letting to Non-members by Members at Members’ rates is not permitted
